A year of delivery and acquisitions puts Alliance in awards final

Property Alliance Group has been named a finalist at the Insider North West Property Awards 2019.

Following a hugely successful year, which has seen Alliance progress schemes in the region with a development value in excess of £350m, we are in the running to win the award for ‘Commercial Developer of the Year.’

Alex Russell, managing director of Alliance said: “We’re really pleased to have made the final of our industry awards and to be recognised for our recent achievements.

“Over the last 12 months, we’ve remained active across all sectors and forged ahead with large-scale developments. Construction has progressed significantly with buildings rapidly taking shape and changing the Manchester skyline. This paves the way for a year of delivery and further acquisitions in 2019 with several major schemes due to complete, including Axis Tower.

Now in its 21st year, the North West Property Awards will be held at Manchester Central on 16th May be attended by around 1,000 people.

This year’s finalists were chosen following a robust judging process, including insights from sector experts.
