Alliance’s CEO featured in Property Power List
Alex Russell, CEO of Property Alliance Group, has been included in the North West Property Power List, published by Insider. This list tracks the most influential people in property across the region and is divided into Vision, Strategy, and Delivery. Alex was recognised in the Vision category and featured at number 14.
In Insider’s feature on the award, the magazine praised Alex for his work in advancing the Upper Brook Street Masterplan alongside Kadans Science Partners, Moda, and McLaren.
The ambitious £550m GDV mixed-use development will consist of four life science buildings, delivering 479,000 sq ft of high-specification lab and write-up space. These facilities will accommodate anything from small start-ups to single-let buildings for national and international companies.
The four PBSA buildings will provide 1,720 units to help meet the increasing demand in the city, driven by the two most applied-to universities in the country. This includes 220 units of affordable student accommodation.
It has been a extremely strong 2024 for Alliance so far, with several key new commercial lettings across its portfolio. its residential development, The Limes in Didsbury, was also awarded “Best Boutique Development (fewer than 50 homes)” at the Insider Media North West Residential Property Awards earlier this year.
The recognition of Alex Russell on the Property Power List highlights the impactful work Property Alliance Group is currently doing. With the company’s continued success and a strong pipeline of future strategic developments, Alliance is poised to continue influencing and transforming the property landscape.
