Alliance announces new structure following appointment of former LSH head to strengthen development team
Following the arrival of Andy Lavin as Head of Developments, Property Alliance Group has further strengthened its development team with three promotions and the appointment of Nick Mullins as Development Director.
Joining from Lambert Smith Hampton where he was Head of Funding and Residential Development, Nick has more than 17 years’ experience and was previously at CBRE. His career has seen him act for both public and private sector clients, providing development and funding advice for large residential, commercial and retail schemes across the North West.
His arrival follows the appointment of Andy Lavin who joined Alliance’s development team in September to help deliver a substantial pipeline in excess of £200m, which includes schemes such as Axis Tower, Oxygen, No 3 St Peter’s Square and 55 Portland Street.
Rob Peill and Frank Taylor have been promoted to head of Offices and Industrial respectively following the retirements of Lee Charnley and Dominic Pozzoni from development. Alex Russell who joined the company from CBRE in 2014 has been promoted to Managing Director.
Alex Russell, Managing Director at Alliance said: “Nick’s vast experience has seen him act for developers, local authorities and major investors on a broad range of schemes spanning all sectors. This knowledge and expertise, particularly of new funding structures and opportunities, will be a great asset to our team as we seek to expand our residential portfolio throughout the UK.
“Rob and Frank have been with Alliance for four and five years now and have worked closely with our advisers on a number of big wins for the company. They now have the task of growing our commercial portfolio over the course of this year as we are actively seeking new opportunities across the region.”
Nick commented: “Property Alliance Group is a dynamic organisation that’s synonymous with some of the most prominent, high quality developments in the North West. With a strong pipeline of commercial and residential projects plus plans to further develop the business, it’s an exciting time to be joining the team.
“I’m looking forward to playing a key role in the delivery of these new schemes as well as securing further business opportunities and residential products to support Alliance’s growth plans and its sales arm Alliance Investments, which now has offices in Shanghai, Dubai and Singapore.”
