Alliance Seals Ramsdens Leeds Expansion

Property Alliance Group’s prime city centre office building, 33 Park Place, has attracted leading regional solicitors, Ramsdens LLP, for its new Leeds flagship office.

The multi award-winning Yorkshire-based full-service law firm has agreed terms on a five-year lease, taking the whole 4,600 sq ft second floor east wing at £23 per sq ft.

Ramsdens, which has multiple offices throughout the region, is expanding its operation in Leeds city centre as the firm continues to drive its recruitment and growth campaigns. Commercial Property, Commercial Litigation, Care, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence teams will be based at the new office.

Acting on behalf of Property Alliance Group since the beginning of the year, WSB Property Consultants and Savills have generated strong interest in the building. Both 31 York Place and 33 Park Place were purchased by the developer five years ago, with the latter being refurbished into Grade A workspace. The two buildings share a central courtyard, a 25-space car park, a free tenant gym, cycling provision and shower facilities. The UK Government continues to lease 31 York Place.

WSB and Savills will soon be launching two newly refurbished suites of 3,688 sq ft and 4,468 sq ft on the top floor with strong interest already being shown by prospective tenants. Other tenants at 33 Park Place include LCF Law, UST Global and Medisoft.
