Alliance-sponsored Game-changer Award winner announced

Regeneration Brainery was awarded the prestigious Game-changer Award at Insider’s Property Awards 2024, held at a sold-out ceremony at Manchester Central.

This year marks the 4th year that Alliance has sponsored the award, which was borne from our values of pushing boundaries, maintaining a can-do attitude towards complex yet rewarding projects, and being passionate about our region’s growth.

Regeneration Brainery was nominated alongside Colin Sinclair from Sciontec, and Emma Payne and Ella Woodward from Muse. The award highlights those poised to make a significant impact on key projects, development, and regional growth for years to come.

Regeneration Brainery was nominated for the Game-changer Award for their exceptional teamwork, tenacity, and industry collaboration in creating opportunities for young people from under-represented backgrounds, helping them identify careers in the built environment and foster talent in the sector. The not-for-profit organisation has built an incredible alliance of partners to create an award-winning academy, working with over 4,000 young people in the UK each year.

The Game-changer Award was presented by Alliance’s Managing Director, Ella Magill. Judges praised Regeneration Brainery for their ambition to make a significant difference to those in need and for promoting diversity in the property industry with their remarkable "real and tangible output".
