GreenUrban Technologies moves to Alliance Business Park
Property Alliance Group has welcomed a new tenant to Alliance Business Park in Penrith, north Cumbria.
GreenUrban Technologies, a leading provider of low emissions systems and technology, has agreed a lease for 6,000 sq ft.
The deal provides the company with more space to meet the growing demand for its products, which help fleet operators and specialist equipment owners to comply with emissions standards and continue to work profitably.
Alliance Business Park is a two-acre site on the Gilwilly Industrial Estate, which forms part of Penrith’s biggest business park and is located at junction 40 of the M6.
Ian Hunter, director at Alliance said: “There is a strong demand for high-quality industrial property across Cumbria, so since we invested in Alliance Business Park, it has continued to attract new tenants. This unit is ideal for a growing business like GreenUrban Technologies as it is located in a very accessible location and offers flexible space.”
Penrith-based Mere Commercial was the letting agent.
