Lettings secured at Lowton Business Park

Property Alliance Group has successfully completed a series of lettings at its recently refurbished industrial and office park in Lowton, between Wigan and Warrington.

Lowton Business Park, which has undergone a £2m programme of refurbishment works and repositioning by Alliance and its partner, Pitalia Estates, has welcomed new tenants to the office and industrial spaces, as well as securing lease renewal terms with existing occupiers.

In the office building, end-to-end telecoms logistics firm, Commhoist, has doubled its presence, taking 5,600 sq ft on the first floor, with a new fully-fitted branded workspace. Already based at Lowton Business Park, the company has grown and expanded its space. Also in the office building, technology solutions company, Intersect, has agreed terms on a new lease, taking a 700 sq ft suite on the ground floor.

Upon completion of the refurbishment works, office suites remain available on flexible terms, and range in size between 100 to 950 sq ft.

Lowton Business Park’s industrial accommodation is now fully let, with existing occupier, ATG Airports, renewing its lease on 23,000 sq ft and new tenant, Titan Containers, completing a one-acre letting of the external storage yard, agreeing terms at £85,000 per annum. The area which has undergone comprehensive enabling works by Alliance, included resurfacing, a new electric gate, security lighting and CCTV installation. The firm plans to expand its storage facilities at the site to meet high demand from domestic and commercial customers.

Vision Ingredients catering company and Kris Neale & Sons joinery business have both taken units at the business park. Vision has agreed terms on 1,400 sq ft and Kris Neale & Sons has taken 800 sq ft.

Ian Hunter, director at Alliance, commented on the development, saying, "Our investment in Lowton has elevated the quality of office and industrial space available in the area, and we are delighted to welcome a raft of great new and expanding tenants. With its exceptional location in Warrington, Lowton aligns seamlessly with local and regional-based businesses requiring access to the main arterial routes, whilst offering a diverse range of nearby amenities for employees.”
