Alliance adds £7.5m office block to commercial property portfolio

Property Alliance Group has acquired a 29,000 sq ft office block in Manchester city centre for £7.5m.

Located on King Street West, close to Spinningfields, Reedham House is a three-storey Grade II-listed property. It is currently occupied by tenants including Kuits, Ellison Thomas LLP, Abacus Solicitors and Freedman Frankl & Taylor.
Advised by Edwards & Co, Alliance purchased the building off-market.

Alex Russell, managing director of Alliance said: “This acquisition forms part of our strategy to significantly bolster our commercial portfolio this year, not only in Manchester city centre but across the north.

“Reedham House is very prominently located and offers huge development potential, so we will be working closely with Manchester City Council to explore ways in which we can further improve the building and the surrounding area.”
