Alliance tipped for two top awards

Property Alliance Group has made the final of two top awards, which showcase the cream of the region’s property industry.

In the North West Property Awards 2017, Alliance is a finalist in the coveted Developer of the Year category, which recognises developers which have had a visible impact in the region over the last 12 months.

Celebrating the rising stars in the North West, The Young Professionals Awards 2017 take place on 20th April. Frank Taylor, Alliance’s Head of Industrial has been shortlisted in the Young Property Professional category following a year which has seen him secure major deals with online retail giant Amazon.

Alex Russell, managing director of Alliance said: “These are the region’s most high-profile and sought after awards, so we’re pleased to have made the final against such stiff competition and to see Frank recognised for his achievements.

“The last 12 months have been really strong for Alliance. Our activity has significantly increased across all sectors, including residential, and we have generated a substantial development pipeline.

“We’re now looking forward to the awards ceremony and wish all the finalists the best of luck.”

The winners of the North West Property Awards will be revealed on 11 May 2017 at Manchester Central. Last year, the event was attended by more than 1,100 people.
