Alliance signs new tenant in Cheadle

Property Alliance Group has secured a new tenant at Hercules Office Park in Cheadle on behalf of Royal London Asset Management, leaving just one unit remaining.

Thermotech Solutions, which provides mechanical and fire protection services to commercial clients, has agreed a five-year lease for 6,000 sq ft. The deal will see the company relocate its head office from Stockport.

Chris Anderson, managing director of Thermotech, said: “Hercules Office Park provides us with Grade A office accommodation and easy access to both the M56 and M60. Our staff will benefit from more convenient and higher quality office space which can also accommodate any future company growth.”

Hercules Office Park comprises eight self-contained offices which can accommodate between 20 and 150 people. The development is also home to tenants including Ballyclare, WNS, DSG Financial Services, Care in Mind and NPS.

The final building offers 7,321 sq ft.
